TH-CR-401: Phase 1 study evaluating the safety of TH-302, the Company's first hypoxia-activated prodrug (HAP). Enrollment, at various sites in the U.S., is currently open to patients with advanced solid tumors.

TH-CR-101: Phase 1 study of 2-Deoxyglucose (2DG) in patients with advanced solid tumors. The trial is taking place at the UM Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, Miami, FL and the Cancer Therapy and Research Center (CTRC), San Antonio, TX.
