TH-CR-403 Phase 1/2 study evaluating the safety of TH-302 in combination with doxorubicin. Enrollment in the trial is currently open to patients with advanced soft tissue sarcoma.

TH-CR-402: Phase 1/2 study evaluating the safety of TH-302. Enrollment in the Phase 1 portion of the trial is currently open to patients with advanced solid tumors. The Phase 2 portion of the trial will be open to patients with advanced pancreatic cancer, castrate-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) and non-small cell lung cancer.

TH-CR-401: Phase 1 study evaluating the safety of TH-302, the Company's first hypoxia-activated prodrug (HAP). Enrollment, at various sites in the U.S., is currently open to patients with advanced solid tumors.

TH-CR-101: Phase 1 study of 2-Deoxyglucose (2DG) in patients with advanced solid tumors. The trial is closed to enrollment and completed.
