Varying benefit levels.

Disability

California State Short Term Disability (STD) insurance to be used for a medical leave of absence up to 90 calendar days. After 90 days, Standard Long Term Disability (LTD) in the amount of 60% of monthly earnings, up to a maximum monthly benefit of $10,000. Threshold will make up the difference in disability pay and regular salary for a period of 10 weeks.

Employee contributory 401(k) deferral plan.

Stock Option Plan

Stock options may be granted by the Board of Directors under the terms and conditions of the Threshold Pharmaceuticals 2001 Equity Incentive Plan.

Parental Leave Plan

One business week or five days of paid time off to be used for the birth or adoption of a dependent child within 6 months of the birth or adoption.
