Employment is managed through the Human Resources Department and all candidates are presented through this avenue. Recruiters are requested not to contact Threshold employees directly in an attempt to present candidates. Complying with this request will be a factor in determining any professional relationship with Threshold.
To protect the interests of all parties involved, Threshold requires a signed agreement to be in place prior to the presentation of any candidates. Threshold does not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from candidates for either current or future positions. Submission of unsolicited resumes in advance of a signed agreement between Threshold and the recruiter does not create any implied obligation on the part of Threshold.
